MEMBERSHIP Any coach, administrator, official or volunteer involved in the CPS wrestling is eligible to be a member. There will be an annual fee, which will be determined annually by the board of directors.  There will be at least two member meetings per year corresponding with the following events:       o        Pre-season: Rules interpretation meeting       o        End of season: City Tournament Seeding Meeting All members will have an equal voice Members may attend monthly meeting to advise board members CPS High School program Membership growth:  2006 48%, 2007 67%, 2008 70% In 2007 there were sixty seven members.  Thirty four of the fifty-one Chicago Public High Schools were apart of the CWCA.
